Ideal venue, with nice pool and excellent location to the nearest gondola. Nicely decorated room with an exceptional view and warm blankets, for example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Location adjacent to the ski lifts, the mountains and the village and the restaurant. Very close to Montana-Cry d'er and other tourist attractions.

Its location is marvellous and stunning, not far from the mountain, Montana by public transport and the ski lift, nice area. The place to have dinner relatively close to the hotel is Au Greni Chez Stefano.

The room was a bit warm, but the spectacular views made up for it. The staff at Crans Ambassador were excellent, always polite and helpful. The attention to detail in the decoration and furniture was impressive. The spa, particularly the sauna and Hammam, were a highlight of our stay. The restaurant offered delicious dishes, with the Valais region Tomato fondue and mushroom fondue being highly recommended. I enjoyed my time at Crans Ambassador and would recommend it.

The room could have had better air conditioning or fans. Some portions in the restaurant were a bit inconsistent in size, like the small pizza we received.

The staff were extremely friendly and excellent and the design was amazing. Tastefully decorated room with a shared balcony and terrace, and exceptionally comfortable bed.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location is fantastic, with easy access to both the Golf Course and the Funicular Station down into the valley. Additionally, the hotel is practically next to the ski lift, making it extremely convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. The rooms with forest view provide a tranquil atmosphere, with amazing views of the surrounding nature.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Crans-Montana and had an amazing experience. The view from the hotel was absolutely magnificent, offering breathtaking scenery of the Alps. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, ensuring that I had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of options. The transportation service provided by the hotel was also very generous, making it easy for me to explore the area. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Dirty sheets and towels were never replaced, and the room was not cleaned properly. the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly.
